Return policy
Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind our products, but due to repeated abuse of promotional offers, we have implemented the following strict return policy:
All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee per item.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition, including both:
Outer packaging
Inner packaging
Returns that arrive damaged, opened, used, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the product only, minus the $25 restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Promotional Offers & Free Products
Promotional items, including free bottles or discounted first orders tied to subscriptions, are strictly limited to one per customer and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.
Any attempt to exploit promotional offers—including but not limited to:
Ordering multiple promotional units
Cancelling immediately after shipment
Providing inconsistent shipping or billing information
may result in:
Order cancellation
Refusal of future service
Permanent account restriction
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.

Condition of Returned Goods
Returned products must meet all of the following criteria:Factory sealed and unopened
No signs of use or tampering
Returned in original packaging (both inner and outer)
Properly packed to avoid damage in transit
We reserve the right to deny any refund if these conditions are not met.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will resolve legitimate issues promptly.
Final Sale Items
All promotional items, subscription trial offers, and discounted first-time purchases are considered final sale.
